Rather than simply talking about what happened, Rebuilders provides a structured, step-by-step process designed specifically for people navigating separation and divorce. Through guided exercises, practical tools, and group discussion, participants gain insight into their experience, develop healthier ways of coping, and begin creating a stronger foundation for the future.
